Preparation for the new Kingsland railway station tunnel underpass is the priority for work there this weekend.
Rock or crib retaining walls are being prepared to hold the excavation wall in place and workers want to ensure it won’t cave in.
The tunnels will go in on the week between Christmas and New Year.
