Yeah i’d say that’s one of the major reasons infratil has been lobbying for changes to the PTMA. Lets hope that dosn’t happen.

I think they’re positioning to have the Minister overrule all the agencies. I could see it happening – I’m sure they’ll find a loophole.

I got into a real argument on Kiwiblog with their CEO, I was less than impressed…

For instance why go on and on about the number of cards and transaction numbers..?

Do they really want a figure for the amount of cards Thales has sold worldwide or the number of transactions completed..?

These guys don’t know when to quit. Can’t they just accept the tender process has gone it’s course and been reveiwed by NZTA and they didn’t win.
